Build a National Enterprise Benchmark on Brand-driven Jawha was Honored with Listed Company of Most Valuable Brand
2017-11-28On November 30, China Securities Golden Bauhinia Activities, 2017, attracting capital market the most, were held in Hongkong. During the prize evaluation and selection, by right of the leading position in daily chemical industry and outstanding performance on brand construction, Jahwa had been recognized by all fields and awarded Listed Company of Most Valuable Brand in 2017. On behalf of listed companies, Zhang Dongfang, Chairman & CEO of Jahwa, attended this forum.
It is reported that this was the 7th anniversary of Golden Bauhinia activities, jointly hosted by Hong Kong Takung Wenwei Media Group, in association with The Listed Companies Association of Beijing (LCAB), Hong Kong Chinese Enterprise Association, Hong Kong Chinese Financial Association, Chinese Securities Association of Hong Kong (CSAHK), The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries (HKICS), and Hong Kong Securities Association. Among all prizes in these activities, Golden Bauhinia of Chinese securities becomes one of the evaluations of listed companies in largest scale, highest level, best credibility, mainly for listed companies from mainland and Hong Kong and related senior executives, and enjoys great reputation.
Since Listed Company of Most Valuable Brand in 2017 has been awarded, it proves the recognition toward company brand construction from capital market and all social circles. Zhang Dongfang said, as a leader of daily chemical business, Jahwa constantly optimize its product quality, promotes brand construction, creates brand values for stockholders; besides, as a national enterprise of over 100 year history, Jahwa shall always shoulder the responsibility of setting a well benchmark, and promoting Chinese brand construction and upgrading.
Set a Benchmark of National Brand
As a benchmark of national enterprises, as well as the leader of daily chemical business, Jahwa starts brand construction under the operation policy of brand-driven, and builds lots of famous brands like Herborist, GF, Liushen, Maxam, and Giving, which enjoy high reputations among customers.
All these following associated brands of Jahwa acquired their leading position in different fields: Herborist, the first Chinese brand of department shops; GF, the most famous brand for Chinese mans skin care, and No. 4 sales in domestic market in face cleaning and face cream; Liushen, whose florida water is the market leading edge, and the only Chinese brand ranking into the top five for bath lotion area; Maxam, the top leader of common hand moisture; and Giving, who has grown into the No. 2 of maternal and infant series in the past few years.
Promote a brand-driven operation policy in four aspects
In recent years, Jahwa constantly brings up innovations on brand construction, promote and implement a brand-driven operation policy, to conform to the trend of a young, premium, segmented upgrading market.
First, develop fan economy. Through a contract signed with Hua Chenyu, a popular post-90 singer, Liushen accelerated the process of brand being adapt to young people, and closed the gap from young customers. Meanwhile this year Herborist also signed a contract with actress Liu Tao, who enjoys great popularity as the first brand celebrity.
Second, create new products. The resisting & repairing series, as well as the refreshing & moisturizing series developed by Herorist attracted a roaring reputation in sales market. Liushen brought forth new florida water, and released limited Hi summer florida water first half year, with four kinds of different scent, which gave customers a sense of fresh and new. Meanwhile, it broke through the limit of summer products only, and created mugwort series suitable for winter, extending the possibility of brand development.
Third, keep creations in marketing. In order to adapt customers preference, Jahwa opened some new ways in marketing, such as IP cooperation, new media viral marketing, original creations from users and so on.
Last, expand product matrix. Through years of independent R&D and M&A, Jahwa absorbed many new brands and kinds. In 2013, there came successively Giving, for premium baby care products, and Tea Beauty, for young people care products regarded as Tea. In 2014, based on the herbal characteristics of Jahwa, Fresh Herb, a personal care brand with the theory of flowers CP trees, had its show. In 2017 a buyout of Tommee Tippee, a leading brand of global infant feeding industry, which occupied more than 40% share of the England market, made itself a crucial measure for Jahwa to expand maternal and infant market.
It will the 120th anniversary of Jawha next year. Over this century, Jahwa always adheres to craftsmanship spirit and pioneering spirit, and dedicated itself to the business of beauty and health.
