Jahwa and Church & Dwight signed the long-term cooperation agreement to introduce the international premium personal care and home care products
2018-08-29In the morning of August 29, Jahwa and Church & Dwight Co., Inc. singed the long-term cooperation agreement for China area. Jahwa becomes the exclusive partner of C&D in China’s mainland market for its products of home care, oral care, hair care and feminine care, and will take charge of the omni-channel promotion and sales for C&D’s products in mainland market. Through this cooperation, Jahwa will introduce international leading high quality personal care and home care products into China, and further strengthen and improve Jahwa's business ecosystem.

China Region from C&D witnessed the signing of the long-term cooperation
agreement between the two companies.
Zhang Dongfang addressed at the signing ceremony that it is the 120th anniversary of Jahwa, and at the new time of carrying on the past and opening a way for future, Shanghai Jahwa has been deepening the ecosystem focused on the five major platforms of production, research & development, channel marketing, brand management and asset, and gradually expanding the new product categories of skin care, cosmetics, home care, hair care and oral care on the basis of its own brands, and constantly enlarging its brand array, boosting the brand influence and the overall strength of the company, to realize the strategic objective of “become one of the world class daily chemical companies”.
Church & Dwight is a leading manufacturer of personal care and home
care products in USA. The company has a lot of well-known brands under its
name, among which, its flagship brand ARM & HAMMER, dry shampoo brand
Batiste, and feminine lotion brand Femfresh all take the world leading
positions in their respective segments. Their main sales channels include
supermarkets, e-business and franchised stores.
Through the cooperation, the two companies will complement each other with their respective advantages. Combining the international presence, rich product portfolio and strong capability of research and development of C&D with the outstanding brand promotion and omni-channel sales capacity of Jahwa in China’s market, they agree on the win-win cooperation in China. Meanwhile, as the cooperation deepening, Jahwa will also bring more C&D products of high quality to Chinese consumers.
At present, Jahwa has 10 own brands. To meet the high-end, young and
segmented trends of consumption, Jahwa has been proactively expanding its
product categories and enriching its product portfolio. The cooperation with
C&D is align with the development strategy of channel marketing and brand
management platform of Jahwa, which will help the company enrich its product
layout, and further introduce segmented products in categories of personal care
and home care, and bring more international products of high quality to Chinese
consumers.
